Las enajenaciones de inmuebles nacionales de que tratan los artículos 3º de la Ley 53 de 1935 y 1º de la Ley 102 de 1936 , con destino ala construcción y terminación de cuarteles, a la edificación de presiones y arreglo de penitenciarias, respectivamente, podrá hacerlas el Gobierno por conducto de la Sección Fiduciaria de alguno de los Bancos Nacionales, sin sujeción a las formalidades del Código Fiscal, aplicando el producto de las ventas, deducidos los gastos, exclusivamente a las obras previstas en las leyes citadas en este artículo.
