OBLIGATORIEDAD DEL CARGO. El cargo de presidente, vocal, fiscal y secretario es de forzosa aceptación; la persona designada sólo podrá excusarse

Por enfermedad grave.

Por ser mayor de 60 años.

Por una comisión urgente o un servicio extraordinario simultáneo a la reunión del consejo. Las causas de excusa serán resueltas por quien hizo la convocatoria.
