º. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto por el artículo 10 de la Ley 5º de 1973, gozan de redescuento en el Fondo Financiero Agropecuario, las operaciones de crédito a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, otorgadas por los establecimientos bancarios obligados a la adquisición de Títulos de Fomento Agropecuario, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, el Banco Ganadero y el Banco Cafetero.
