Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por la señora María Angela Beatriz Sanin Posada, identificada con cédula de ciudadanía No. 41.693.864, al cargo de Notaria Treinta y Cinco (35) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D.C., de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.

Parágrafo

La señora María Ángela Beatriz Sanin Posada no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarla.
