Este acrecimiento no tendrá lugar entre los asignatarios de distintas partes o cuotas en que el testador haya dividido el objeto asignado: cada parte o cuota se considerará en tal caso como un objeto separado; i no habrá derecho de acrecer sino entre los coasignatarios de una misma parte o cuota.

Si se asigna un objeto a dos o más personas por iguales partes habrá derecho de acrecer.
