- Recibidas aquí las esmeraldas en la forma indicada, se limpiarán, clasificarán y pesarán nuevamente, y se avaluarán por un experto elegido por el Gobierno, todo en presencia de los funcionarios mencionados en el artículo anterior; de esas operaciones y de sus resultados se extenderá una acta por triplicado. Un ejemplar de ella se conservará en el Ministerio de Hacienda, otro será enviado al Ministerio del Tesoro y el tercero se remitirá a la Corte de Cuentas.
