Artículo quinto. Destínase hasta la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda corriente, para fomentar y desarrollar la educación física en el Departamento de Nariño, inclusive la construcción de obras tales como estadios, gimnasios y plazas de deportes y su dotación, y otros gastos similares destinados a los mismos fines.
