Artículo primero. Solo podrán ser empresarios de las Bolsas de Productos, las sociedades anónimas constituidas con tal objeto exclusivo y autorizadas para funcionar por el Superintendente Bancario. Las Bolsas de Productos quedan sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la cual ejercerá sobre ellas las mismas atribuciones que la ley confiere respecto de las Bolsas de Valores, en cuanto no sean incompatible con las disposiciones del presente Decreto.
