El INCORA, previo el estudio de las pruebas aportadas o de las que resulten de la investigación, tomará las medidas pertinentes de conformidad con las atribuciones que le asigna el presente Decreto. Las decisiones en materia de impugnación las tomará el Gerente General del Instituto o su delegado.
