El funcionario judicial, en la providencia que decrete la práctica de la prueba pericial, deberá precisar el tipo de estudio solicitado y el propósito del mismo. De igual forma incorporará el cuestionario que debe ser absuelto por el perito, el cual incluirá las preguntas presentadas por los sujetos procesales o las que de oficio considere pertinentes.
