De fecha de elección. Cada dos (2) años, el último día hábil laborable del mes de marzo, se llevará a cabo la elección para escoger dos (2) representantes de los empleados públicos de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, ante la Comisión de la Carrera Administrativa de esta entidad. La elección se hará por voto universal, directo y secreto, previa convocatoria hecha por el Secretario General, a participar a los empleados públicos en la elección del representante a la Comisión de Carrera de la Procuraduría General de la Nación. A esta convocatoria se le dará la publicidad necesaria.
