º. A partir de la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto, la clasificación de artículos y manufacturas a que se aplican las marcas de fábrica, comercio y agricultura, y a la cual se refiere el artículo 2º de la Ley 94 de 1931, será la que se adopta en el presente Decreto.
