Valle del Cauca: Retírese del servicio al señor Holmes Rafael Cardona Montoya, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía 16.589.986 expedida en Cali - Valle del Cauca, quien se encuentra desempeñando el cargo de Notario Veintiuno (21) del Círculo Notarial de Cali

Valle del Cauca, en propiedad, por cumplimiento de la edad de retiro forzoso.

Parágrafo

El señor Holmes Rafael Cardona Montoya, no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
