Planta de personal. El Gobierno Nacional, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, adoptará las plantas globales de personal administrativo y docente de acuerdo con la estructura interna y funciones fijadas para la Escuela en el presente decreto y demás normas pertinentes.

Parágrafo transitorio

Los empleos de las actuales plantas de personal administrativo y docente continuarán con las funciones asignadas hasta tanto se adopte la nueva planta de personal.
