La Comisión tendrá, además, para su funcionamiento, un Secretario, el cual debe ser abogado titulado; un Oficial Mayor y una mecanotaquígrafa, con asignaciones mensuales de mil pesos ($ 1.000), quinientos cincuenta pesos ($ 550) y cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($ 450), respectivamente, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gobierno, y sus correspondientes funciones serán determinadas en los reglamentos internos de la Comisión.
