º. Cierre definitivo de la estación de servicio. El cierre definitivo de la estación de servicio se declarará por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y es procedente cuando se le haya impuesto al infractor como sanción, la suspensión, por dos (2) oportunidades, dentro de los dos (2) años inmediatamente anteriores a los hechos que causen el cierre;
