En el caso de que las vías afecten o se sitúen en áreas de parques naturales nacionales, sitios ramsar y/o reservas de la biosfera, estos recursos se ejecutarán mediante proyectos presentados ante el Fondo Nacional Ambiental, Fonam, de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido para tal fin por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, mediante acto administrativo.
