° Los damnificados por los terrenos ocurridos en la ciudad de Túquerres, en los años de 1935 y 1936, tendrán derecho a ser auxiliados con el total o parte del valor de las casas construidas por el gobierno, de acuerdo con la Ley 46 de 1937 y las normas generales de la Ley 115 de 1936.
