Art. 284. En caso de perturbación de posesión, el auto que se dicte para hacer cesar para que el perturbador se abstenga en rendir en los actos de perturbación es apelable en el efecto devolutivo; en consecuencia la resolución del Juez será inmediatamente cumplido, sin perjurio del de lo que el superior resolviera a virtud de la apelación.
