Artículo trece. El Gobierno Nacional incluirá en los proyectos de presupuesto que presente al Congreso Nacional, las cuotas necesarias para atender al servicio de los Bonos de que trata este Decreto. Los gastos de la edición de los títulos se cubrirán con cargo al presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Publico.
