Artículo primero. La exportación de ganado y sus productos se hará únicamente por las Aduanas de Bogotá, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Medellín, Cali, Buenaventura, por el Puerto de Coveñas y las demás que autorice la Comisión de Mercadeo Exterior de Ganado y Carne del Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario.
