Cuando se necesite testimonio de un Ministro o Agente diplomático, o de una persona de su comitiva o familia, se pasará copia de lo conducente al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para que por conducto de este funcionario se haga la correspondiente súplica a dicho Ministro o Agente diplomático.
