Cuando a los empleados de manejo del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional les corresponda hacer uso de vacaciones, deben producir con anticipación una Resolución encargando de sus funciones a otro empleado de su confianza, bajo su responsabilidad, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes de la Contraloría General de la República.
