º. Órganos de administración. La administración del Fodesep, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes relativas a las instituciones de economía solidaria, estará a cargo de la Asamblea General, el Consejo de Administración y el Gerente, órganos que regulan su integración, funcionamiento y atribuciones, conforme lo establecen las citadas disposiciones legales y en especial la Ley 79 de 1988, el presente Decreto, así como el Estatuto que se adopte y atendiendo la orientación, coordinación y control que corresponde al Estado ejercer sobre las entidades de economía mixta.
