Subordinación . Todos los empleados de la sociedad están subordinados en el ejercicio de sus funciones al Presidente de la sociedad, inclusive aquellos cuyo nombramiento no le corresponda, con excepción de quienes ejerzan funciones adscritas a la Revisoría Fiscal.
