Sesiones y votación del Comité Asesor para el Reconocimiento de Aprendizajes Previos (CARAP). El Comité sesionará de manera ordinaria mínimo una (1) vez al año y de manera extraordinaria cuando se requiera mediante citación efectuada por la Secretaría Técnica. Solo podrá sesionar cuando estén presentes como mínimo cuatro (4) de sus integrantes y adoptarán las decisiones por mayoría simple.
