Artículo Octavo. -A partir del veintitrés (23) de abril de 1966 quedan suspendidos los descuentos por concepto de cesantías ya pagadas, por cuanto desde esa fecha es compatible esta prestación con la pensión jubilatoria, pero los descuentos hechos o causados antes de la vigencia de la Ley 4ª de 1966, no son reembolsables.
