Artículo tercero. La limitación de orden temporal establecida en el artículo anterior, no se aplicará al personal administrativo que preste servicio en las Representaciones diplomáticas y consulares de Israel, y que haya sido debidamente acreditado, ni a los poseedores de pasaporte de servicio que ejerzan en Colombia misiones de su Gobierno por plazo superior a tres meses.
