° Los respectivos Tesoreros enviarán las sumas señaladas en el artículo anterior a la Tesorería General de la República, con el fin de que el Ministerio de Obras Públicas las invierta en la continuación del Ferrocarril del Tolima, a medida de que se vayan necesitando, previos reconocimiento y ordenación en la forma acostumbrada;
