Art. 8°. En las permutas se cobrará el derecho atendiendo al valor de la cosa permutada que se estime en mayor precio ; y en los contratos de arrendamiento que se eleven a escritura pública se cobrará deduciéndolo del valor que importe en un año el arrendamiento, si llegaré a este término ; o en proporción, si no alcanzare.
