º. Para acreditar la conveniencia del préstamo en el caso contemplado en el aparte d) del artículo 3º, el interesado presentará, además de las declaraciones de testigos exigidas en el artículo 8º la demostración que se señala en los apartes 1º a 5º del artículo 7º y en los ordinales 1º y 2º del referido artículo 8º.
