° Si por no hacer postura o no formalizarla el ocupante, el lote, cultivado debiere, venderse a un tercero, no podrá exceder de las dimensiones siguientes: 20 hectáreas si se hallare cultivado de pastos; 10 hectáreas, si los cultivos fueren de banano, y proporcionalmente si existieren una y otra clase de tales cultivos.
