El Departamento rendirá mensualmente al Ministerio de Obras Públicas informes pormenorizados de los trabajos v obras ejecutados, y de las inversiones hechas en el mes inmediatamente anterior, así como también suministrara al mismo Ministerio cualesquiera informes que éste le solicite, y. corregirá o subsanará cualesquiera irregularidades o deficiencias relativas a la ejecución y administración de las obras, que le indique.
