ARTICULO 3. CONTINUIDAD DEL SERVICIO . Cuando se lleve a cabo una enajenación total o parcial de la propiedad accionaria de una entidad privada, pública o mixta que preste un servicio de interés público, se tomarán las medidas necesarias para garantizar la continuidad de su prestación.
