ARTICULO 2.2.2.3.2 .- INVERSION EN BONOS Y TITULOS VALORES EMITIDOS POR TERCERAS PERSONAS. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda no podrán adquirir bonos u otros títulos valores emitidos por terceras personas, ni obligaciones que no hayan sido constituidas originalmente a su favor, salvo autorización previa de la Superintendencia Bancaria y sólo para operaciones que estén en concordancia con los objetivos del sistema de valor constante.
