El precio por el cual se vendan los terrenos ejidos urbanos podrá ser rebajado hasta un cuarenta por ciento (40%) del avalúo catastral. Este precio puede ser pagado por contados en plazos no mayores de veinte (20) años. En ningún caso el precio de los lotes que se vendan con la sola aprobación de los contratos por el concejo, podrá ser superior al del avalúo catastral.
