Colaboración interinstitucional . El Ministerio de Minas y Energía se apoyará en la información que generen, administren o custodien las entidades públicas y privadas, relevante para el mercado del hidrógeno y sus derivados para el suministro de dichos datos al Comité que se cree para la Gobernanza del Hidrógeno. Para esto se atenderán los deberes de confidencialidad y tratamiento de la información.
