El Gobierno Nacional concluirá la carretera Moniquirá-Santa Sofía y las carreteras de penetración al Territorio Vásquez, prolongando la que va de Muzo a las minas hasta Humbo, la de Maripí a Zulia, y construyendo los ramales de Pontón y la Victoria en el Municipio de Muzo, para lo cual el Ministerio de Obras Públicas apropiará las partidas necesarias en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
