amends decreto 663/93

El artículo 254 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así:

Artículo 254. Régimen jurídico de los actos y contratos . Las operaciones, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza y modalidad, que celebre el Instituto de Fomento Industrial S.A. (IFI), incluidos los actos y contratos que las instrumenten, se regirán por las normas del derecho privado exclusivamente.
