° El Jefe de la Sección 1ª (Saneamiento Rural) tendrá a su cargo la dirección de las comisiones sanitarias rurales y de las unidades sanitarias, con excepción dentro de éstas de los servicios de protección infantil y medicina escolar, que deberán ser dirigidos técnicamente por la Sección 2ª (Protección Infantil y Asistencia Pública).
