Las Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes sesionarán por lo menos tres (3) veces por semana durante dos (2) horas, como mínimo siempre que hubiere suficiente tema de discusión, a juicio de la Mesa Directiva, teniendo en cuenta que sus sesiones no coincidan con las plenarias, y podrán citar cualquier funcionario público a la respectiva Comisión, dependiendo del tema.
