Cuando la autoridad central de Policía del Ecuador solicite la expulsión rápida de un ciudadano ecuatoriano que se hallen en Colombia, provisto de uno de los permisos especiales a que se refiere el artículo 7°. del presente Decreto, éste podrá ser expulsado del territorio de la República sin más tramite que la notificación de la orden expedida por la autoridad competente.
