A la muerte de un Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, o en goce de pensión o de asignación de retiro, sus beneficiarios, en el orden establecido en el Código Civil, continuarán recibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que la venía pagando, la asignación mensual de actividad o la de retiro del causante.
