LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 5° Nuevas operaciones de los establecimientos de crédito. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, los establecimientos de crédito podrán colocar directamente seguros en sus redes de oficinas, previa la celebración de los convenios a que haya lugar y siempre y cuando sean pólizas que, a juicio de la Superintendencia Bancaria, tengan características y condiciones que las hagan idóneas para su comercialización masiva.
