La empresa de servicios públicos que tenga interés en beneficiarse de una servidumbre, para cumplir su objeto, podrá solicitar la imposición de la servidumbre mediante acto administrativo, o promover el proceso de imposición de servidumbre al que se refiere la Ley 56 de 1981.
