A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, el Banco de la República liquidará, recaudará y pagará a favor de cada municipio en cuyo territorio se adelanten explotaciones de oro, un tres por ciento (3%) del valor total que por onza Troy fina pague a los productores.
