Todo equipo destinado al transporte público deberá contar con los documentos exigidos por las disposiciones correspondientes para prestar el servicio de que se trate.

Los equipos de transporte que ingresen temporalmente al país con destino a un uso distinto del servicio público, tendrán una identificación especial, se asimilarán a una importación temporal y deberán ser reexportados dentro del plazo señalado por la autoridad competente.
