Art. 105. Las licencias de los Maestros de escuela se concederán por el Inspector provincial, quien dará cuenta al Secretario de Instrucción Pública. Tales licencias no excederán en ningún caso de sesenta días en el año, y no podrán concederse sino por causas graves suficientemente comprobadas, a juicio del Inspector local y de quien las conceda. Concedida que sea una licencia, se darán inmediatamente los pasos conducentes a fin de no dejar cerrada la escuela, nombrando Maestro en reemplazo.
