º El servicio de envíos contra reembolso establecido por Decreto número 327 de 24 de febrero de 1935, consiste en que podrán remitirse por los correos nacionales efectos comerciales de licita circulación, cuyo valor, en todo o en parte, hará efectivo el ramo Postal a favor del remitente y a cargo del destinatario de dichos envíos.
