Pruebas. El Ministerio del Interior o la entidad territorial que ejercen funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control sobre los organismos comunales, según corresponda, decretará la práctica de pruebas que considere conducentes, o las solicitadas por el investigado, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 40 del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
